feat(backoffice): redesign UI with enhanced background and glassmorphism effects

- Add vibrant radial gradient backgrounds with multiple color zones
- Implement glassmorphism effects on header and cards
- Add subtle grain texture overlay
- Update card hover effects with smooth transitions
- Improve dark mode background visibility
